What are you waiting for?

I’ve decided to stop.

Stop waiting for the right time to post pictures. Or write about all the things. I have so many ideas and want-to’s that I think I get bogged down with them all and end up not getting to any of them.  Anyone else ever feel like this?

Life is busy. Crazy busy! And no matter how hard I try to get ahead, I don’t.

So I’m just going to do what any other normal person would do, eat a donut and start again. It won’t be an apple cider donut, nu-uh, they apparently don’t have those anymore even though they are still on the menu (what is that all about?), but they do have pumpkin so…still a win, right?

Will I manage to keep all things neat and tidy? probably not. Will all of my posts make sense? Depends on how much coffee I’ve had…or maybe how much You’ve had, ha! Will I feel better because I am finally tending to something I think and care about a whole awful lot? Absolutely! Here we go…

Summer flower garden 1

The Garden didn’t quite get to where I wanted it to be this year, but we did our best and managed to get a few gigantic crops!

If you’ve not ever planted basil in your garden before, why the heck not? Seriously, I am in LOVE!!! I’ll be posting my homemade pesto recipe straight from the garden  in the near future so stay tuned for that!

Hi, there! So glad to see you blogging again. Love all your photos, and your garden looks great. The deer and rabbits took care of most of my flower this year…..even my zinnias, which nothing has EVER eaten before.
I look forward to your future posts!

    1. Dianna, it’s so good to hear from you again! I hope you and your family are doing well. And yes, I too have had zinnia eating bunnies before… which I didn’t know they liked until it was too late! I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed the photos, there’s lots more to follow so stay tuned! 😊
