THE VERY HUNGRY FOREST

Once there was a very hungry forest.

It was big, green, and inexplicably famished.

It devoured homes, swallowed automobiles, burped long-lost baseballs, and always sent children shrieking!

Until…

Clever.

Plaid-clad.

Little Lou.

For what the very hungry forest didn’t know,

Was that Little Lou…

Was quite hungry too.

“Timber!”
