I’ve been so busy lately! I am looking forward to the summer…hopefully things will slow down a bit!

Some of the things that have been going on around here…..

100 home-made & decorated owl cookies for Teacher Appreciation week..not to mention the apples & owls bulletin board I worked on (don’t have a picture of the finished product, but I do have the mock-up I made)..There were also the 4 batches of ham & cheese scones and centerpieces….boy did my feet hurt at the end of the week!

Yes, I also designed a Club logo and made rally rags for Samuel’s soccer team…

We’ve had lightsaber classes..

And lots of baby time.. (I also made the butterfly onesie Nora is wearing…well, I decorated it, I didn’t actually (sew) the onesie…I’m not that good! 🙂 I have plans to make her up some more shirts similar to this, I just haven’t had the time yet!

There were at least 3 clogged toilets, a sick child (vomiting) in the middle of the night (it’s always on the top bunk bed isn’t it?), another ant infestation in the kitchen and bathroom, a wasp nest in the mailbox, a St. Bernard with a limp leg (turns out it’s probably arthritis related), at least 12 loads of laundry, a dishwasher pulling out of the cabinet (related to the new floor….don’t even get me started on that again), and a baby cutting some teeth.. all within the past week and a half! No pictures here, I figured you didn’t need a visual!

What more could I ask for? 🙂

We also got some great news……Chicken picked up 05!!!!!!!!! For those of you not in the military, that means he will be a Commander soon…a step up from Lt. Commander!!!! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!! Also my sister had her baby this weekend….Baby Cruz was a healthy 7 pounder!!!!! Welcome Baby Cruz!!!!
